Fashion Patterns

1. Returns
1.1. We accept returns for items within 15 days from the date of purchase.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at cravequip@cravequip.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Refunds
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.
2.3. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
